Hi Sergey.
This is really well written. I recognize my young self in a lot of this. I took risks, I started several companies and I loved the adventures! It wasn't really about the money, although it would be a lie to say we never thought about it. The feeling of creating something was great!
Now, I am closer to 40. I am settled down and I don't have as many side projects as I used to. I am doing a bachelor next to my full time job, but that's something different. I write on Medium, and some might say that this together with my studies is my current project.
Now, I don't take as many risks, but I am able to do that at work. I am able to jump into unknown territory because I am a supervisor and it is my job to figure out how we do A or B. That is when I am able to jump into the lava to see if our new lava suit works or not.
