It took a while to get used to waiting, but I just start on the next article while I wait. It will get published eventually and if you aren't in dire need of getting it published right away (like if you are writing about news at this very moment etc.) your articles might grow on you and you can edit them into better pieces after a rejection.

I recently completely rewrote one of my articles after being rejected several times. When I look at my original article, it was super clear to my why it was rejected. It grew on me and I was able to make a better version of it.
